The Happiness Journey is a 12-hour group coaching program developed in cooperation with the Happiness Studies Academy and its leader Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar, famous for creating the most popular course in Harvard’s history.

During the Journey we explore ten paths to Happiness, learn about how the human brain and body work, and how to apply the knowledge we have learned to our daily lives.

You can join an open public program or enquire about organizing the course internally for your team.

We meet via Zoom for a series of hour-long sessions, once a week for 12 weeks.
