The world of work is undergoing a profound transformation, and with it, the role of leaders is being redefined. Understanding the evolving leadership landscape is crucial, especially if you’re a rising leader transitioning to your next-level executive position.

In the past decade, the leadership landscape has experienced a tectonic shift. While the catalyst may have been the global pandemic knocking at our doors, the change was long overdue.
